A teenager who died in a road accident on Sunday has been named as Joe Walker.
Mr Walker, from Islington, died after his moped collided with a car in Seven Sisters Road on Sunday.
The teenager was travelling north up when his moped hit the back of a black Ford Focus near Moreton Road at around 1pm, and he was thrown into the path of an oncoming car.
Police, the ambulance service and an air ambulance were called, but Mr Walker died at the scene.
Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Jane Mallet from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: "This is a busy road and the accident took place when there were many vehicles travelling in both directions.
"I am keen to hear from anyone that has any information that could assist us with our investigation."
