A primary school held its own referendum on Scottish independence.
Pupils at St Francis de Sales School in Tottenham voted in mock elections this morning to decide whether Scotland should remain in the UK.
The school council will count the votes and announce the results at the school’s assembly on Friday.
Headteacher James Lane said: “Our children have a remarkable grasp of the issues and are keen to express their views on this important issue"
Egondi, ten, said: "I think that Scotland should be independent and manage her own money and oil."
But Grace, also ten, said: "I have discussed this with my dad and we both think Scotland and England need each other and should stay good friends".
